RETURNS:    

All Return Requests must be made within 15 days after receiving the merchandise and are for credit only (no refunds). Due to the many Manufacturers return policies, it is important that an e-mail be sent to us, requesting a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, with the reason for the return given. We will then forward to you, the Manufacturers  authorization number, with the return instructions.  Do not return any packages without following these steps first, as the distributor for these Manufacturers, we are only following their return policies.
